| 3 bedrooms:Sleeps a maximum of 6 people No. 12 Balcon Al Mar is a traditional Spanish terraced villa nestling on the rocks of the cliff at Cap De La Nao lighthouse enjoying breathtaking sea view to the front of the accommodation. The villa is about 100 metres above sea-level and located in a picturesque setting next to the Cap De La Nao lighthouse which is one of the two lighthouses in Javea (Xabia). It was voted as a microclimate reserve with zero pollution by the World Health Organisation. Temperature through the year is a mean 22 degrees centigrade. With good visibility, Ibiza can be seen in the distance. The property is on 3 floors. The master bedroom with king size bed is spacious and set into the rocks of the cliff. It has its own shower room and tolilet. The other 2 bedrooms are twin-bedded, one of which leads out into a large balcony for enjoying the lovely sunshine that characterizes Spain. The kitchen is spacious and has facilities which include a 4 ring hob stove, grill, oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle, etc. There is convector heating,fans, bed linen and sun bed,chairs,etc. Towels are provided but feel free to bring your own. In the living room there are two sofas, coffee table, etc. In-villa entertainment consists of CD/radio player, TV/DVD. There is much to do locally, including cycling, scuba diving, sea fishing, golf, mountain biking, mountaineering, paragliding, sailing, ski, surfing, walking, water skiing, and wind-surfing. Swimming & tennis facilities are within walking distance at La Pinos Leisure Centre. There are various beaches around the area to spoil you for sun worshipping. |
